Panasonic Electric Works is now able to tailor the performance of a PhotoMOS to suit your specific needs. We already offer the widest range of Optically coupled MOSFET relays in the industry but you now have the option to have the device exactly as you need it.
If you have ever needed a PhotoMOS to switch faster or have a specific capacitance or channel resistance we may be able to help with your component needs. In extreme circumstances we may be able to repackage a standard channel into a new format or even a totally new device. Please be aware that we are able to look at any of the standard parameters but the level of custom tuning available on the device is dependent on a suitable supported order quantities.
