Stadium Power, a provider of power supply solutions, has announced the availability of the VB-6W series of high performance 6 Watt, single and dual output DC-DC Converters. All models are enclosed in a miniature 8 pin SIL non-conductive black flame resistant resin package and provide the same performance as conventional DIL 24 pin products with a 66% saving in volume and 68% footprint saving.
The Stadium Power VB-6W series are high performance DC-DC converters offering a 2:1 input range with nominal input voltages of 5, 12, 24 and 48Vdc. Output voltage option are 3.3, 5, 9, 15, 24, +/-5, +/-12 and +/-15Vdc requiring no minimum load to achieve voltage accuracy of 1% with efficiency up to 86%.
Other standard features include 1500Vdc isolation, continuous short circuit protection, switching frequency of 100 KHz minimum and full load operating temperature range of -40 to +65°C.
Optional features include remote on/off control and 3000Vdc high isolation.
