An evening seminar is being held by Circuit Board technology specialist Rainbow Technology Systems for the Institute of Circuit Technology (ICT) on 5 March 2013 in Glasgow.

Several technical presentations will be hosted on the night, which will be followed by an open day at the circuit board specialists’ headquarters in Glasgow where delegates will be able to see the company’s so called ”revolutionary” new PCB manufacturing system in action — a process which is described by the company as more cost-effective, quicker and greener than traditional methods.

Jonathan Kennett, the founder and CEO of Rainbow, said: “The Institute of Circuit Technology is recognised as a worldwide authority on Printed Circuit Board manufacture and assembly so we are honoured to host the seminar in March.  PCB manufacture has become increasingly complex and the presentations will allow delegates to explore some of the more technical aspects of the industry in greaterdetail.

“We are also delighted to be able to welcome delegates to our facility in Glasgow which has recently doubled in size to accommodate potential demand from the electronics sector for our unique technology.”

Bill Wilkie for the ICT added: “Rainbow Technology Systems is one of our corporate members and we are pleased to be able to hold our Spring Northern Seminar in conjunction with an open day at Hillington Park and give our members the opportunity to see this exciting new technology. We will have four presentations during the evening event, under the theme of – Meeting Industry Needs – and the event is open to members and guests”.

The meeting is open to non-members of the ICT by invitation.  Please contact Chris O’Brien at Rainbow Technology Systems for further details – chriso@rainbow-technology.com or call +44(0)141 892 3320.
