Sealed Air Corporation has nominated for election to the Company’s Board of Directors, at Sealed Air’s 2019 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. With her election, the Board will have nine members, eight of whom are independent.

Ms. Colpron, 48, is Valeo North American President. Valeo is an automotive supplier and technology company that provides products and systems that help reduce CO2 emissions and develop autonomous and connected driving. Ms. Colpron oversees Valeo’s activities in the United States, Mexico and Canada. She has served as Valeo North America President since 2008 and joined the company in 1998 in the legal department where she first served as Legal Director for the Climate Control branch in Paris, France, and as General Counsel for North and South America from 2005 to 2015.

Ms. Colpron was recognized twice by Automotive News as one of the ‘100 Leading Women in the North American Auto Industry.’ In 2016, Crain’s Detroit Business named her one of the ‘100 Most Influential Women in Michigan,’ a list that includes leaders in business, academia, non-profits and public policy.
