Six new enclosure styles have been launched by CamdenBoss, manufactured from its flat sheet technology. This technology enables the company to offer customer specific dimensions and other customisations without the typical associated design costs.
The new 7500 series offers six design styles in a range of standard colours.
The flat sheet technology requires no tooling so customers are not faced with any capital outlay. The designs enable the company to manufacture enclosures to order quickly and efficiently even in low volumes.
The company can also incorporate cut-outs, PCB pillars, LCD windows, LED light-pipes, ventilation and rubber feet, etc. to customer specifications. In addition, design flexibility means that should, for example, a PCB pillar or cut-out need moving or changing, this can be achieved without any cost implications.
The series features a simple two U-shaped snap together construction and five standard sizes are available from 81 by 71 by 21mm up to 256 by 126 by 56mm.
The enclosures also feature two U-shaped snap together halves with one part enabling wall-mounting via flanged sides.
Five standard sizes range from 94 by 46 by 21mm up to 244 by 156 by 71mm.
