Red and Orange coloured garments have been added to the existing large colour range manufactured from a 74% polyester 24% cotton 2% carbon fibre fabric, bringing the colour choice to a total of 13 colours. This includes White, Light Blue, Royal Blue, Light Grey, Dark Grey, Burgundy, Yellow, Red, Orange, Light Green, Mint Green, Dark Green and Black.
All ESD garments are manufactured to current ESD standards IEC 61340-5-1 and ANSI / ESD S20.20 and supplied to the Electronics, Petrochemical and High Precision Mechanics industries.
Woven fabrics for ESD lab coats, lab jackets and trousers are manufactured in various polyester, cotton and carbon fibre types. Clean Room material class 1000 is available and all fabrics maintain their Electrical properties after more than 50 industrial launderings.
Within the garment range for static control within production areas are polo shirts, sweatshirts, cardigans and T-shirts. An Embroidery and Printing service is available to add corporate identity to ESD clothing.
