Due to a completely new, highly automated, high-accuracy production line, at EOS Power’s plant at Mumbai from now on 3,654 more boards can be printed, 122,625 more components can be placed, glue and solder levels and up to 16,000 pins can be checked during each shift.

The new line, including the worldwide smallest of their class (M)WLP75 and (M)WLP120 supplies, is a perfect match for EOS’ “one stop-shop” philosophy. SMT, through hole assembly, lead free wave solding, post wave out of box line testing, AOI, Burn-in, final test and conformal coating processes are served from a single shop floor.
