In a move to strengthen its capabilities in commercial, industrial, automotive, military and communications applications, Teseq Holding has acquired UK-based 
MILMEGA.
Johannes Schmid, President of Teseq, said: “When we set-up Teseq a five years ago, after a management buyout from Schaffner, our vision was to provide the best in testing solutions. Our acquisition of MILMEGA is a testament to that forward thinking strategy and builds upon the half-century of EMC experience with which we were founded.”
Schmid continued, “RF amplifier power, linearity and harmonic performance is critical to achieving accurate immunity testing results. Adding MILMEGA’s amplifiers to Teseq’s range of EMC testing products extends our product offering to include both EMC and non-EMC applications.”
